About Selling Price
All selling prices displayed on this site include consumption tax. Selling prices are subject to change without notice. Even if the price changes after an order is completed, the price at the time of the order will apply. If the price listed on the product tag or elsewhere differs from the price on this site, the price displayed on this site will apply. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding scheduled price changes or markdowns.
About Stock
While we manage inventory on this site (malugarments.com), products may temporarily be hidden or shown as SOLD OUT depending on the timing of stock updates. Thank you for your understanding.
Out of Stock
Products on this site are sold while supplies last. Even after an order is completed, items may become out of stock due to inventory management. In such cases, we may unfortunately have to cancel your order. If payment has already been completed, we will process a refund promptly. If you order multiple items, some may be out of stock. In such cases, we may only ship the items that are in stock. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Fees
- Domestic shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥770 (tax included) nationwide.
- International orders will be shipped via express services such as DHL or FedEx (the carrier will be selected by our store).
- The international shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥3,980 worldwide (this is subject to change depending on the situation).
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country or region. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that these taxes and fees are not included in the standard shipping cost.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized items or deliveries to remote areas.

Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via one of the following carriers.

- Fukuyama Transporting

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via one of the following international carriers.
- FedEx

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Specification
We do not accept requests for specific delivery methods, dates, or times. A shipping notification email will be sent once the product has been shipped. Upon arrival, please check the contents immediately to ensure there are no errors in your order. If a product is returned due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is completed.
Shipping operations are not conducted during the following periods:
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Obon period (summer holidays)
- Year-end and New Year holidays
- Other holidays as specified by the company

Only single-payment transactions are available. Charges will be billed to the card company at the time of shipment. Therefore, the order date and the date listed on your card statement may differ. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of product defects or incorrect delivery. Please contact customer support within 7 days of the product's arrival. In the event of returns or exchanges due to defects or incorrect delivery, the shipping costs will be covered by us. If a product is not deemed defective, we may refuse the return or exchange.
Eligible for Returns & Exchanges
- If the product is damaged or soiled upon arrival.
- If the product delivered differs from the order details.
Not Eligible for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customer convenience (e.g., incorrect size or a difference in image/expectation).
- Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer.
- Used products.
- Products that have been washed, dry-cleaned, or modified.
- Lost or damaged tags or packaging.
- Missing product accessories.
- Products where more than 7 days have passed since arrival.
- If there has been no prior contact with customer support.
- Products purchased from websites other than this site.
If the exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. If we determine that the item is ineligible for return or exchange, it may be sent back to you.
Precautions for Returns
Please return the product along with the following items that were included in the package:
- Product tags
- Delivery note
- Packaging
- Other accessories
Clearly state the reason for the return and send it back in an unused condition. Pack the item appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
About Receipts
In principle, we do not issue paper receipts. Please use your credit card statement as a substitute for a receipt. If you require an electronic receipt, please contact customer support.
