Article 4 (Product Prices)

  1. All prices on this website are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax.
  2. Prices may change without notice; however, the price at the time of order will apply.
  3. For overseas users, local currency may be displayed for reference only; payment is processed in Japanese Yen.
  4. If there is a discrepancy between the website price and the product tag, the website price prevails.

Article 5 (Additional Fees)

  1. Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥770 (tax included) nationwide.
  2. International orders will be shipped via express delivery such as DHL or FedEx (the carrier will be selected by our store).
  3. Shipping is a flat rate of ¥3,980 worldwide (subject to change depending on circumstances).
  4. Depending on the destination country or region, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the standard shipping fee.
  5. Additional shipping fees may apply for large items or deliveries to remote areas.

Article 6 (Payment Methods)

  • Credit cards: VISA / Mastercard / American Express / JCB
  • Payment must be made in a single installment
  • Charges are processed when the product is shipped
  • Installment payments must be arranged directly with the credit card company

Article 7 (Delivery of Products)

  1. Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after completion.
  2. Shipping operations are not conducted on weekends, public holidays, Obon, New Year, or other company-designated holidays.
  3. Domestic shipping: Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Fukuyama Transport (shipping carrier cannot be specified)
  4. International shipping: FedEx, DHL, UPS (carrier may change depending on circumstances)
  5. Delivery date and time cannot be specified; any costs due to long-term absence or incorrect address will be borne by the customer.

Article 8 (Stock and Sold-Out Items)

  1. Products are sold only if in stock.
  2. Stock adjustments may result in sold-out items even after order confirmation.
  3. In such cases, the order will be canceled and any payment refunded.
  4. If multiple products are ordered and some are out of stock, only available items will be shipped.

Article 9 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)

  1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective products or incorrect deliveries.
  2. Customers must contact customer support within 7 days of product arrival.
  3. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect products are borne by the company.
  4. The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Customer preference (size, color, image differences, etc.)
    • Used, washed, or altered items
    • Items with damaged or missing tags, accessories, or packaging
    • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
    • Returns without prior notice
    • Any other cases deemed ineligible by the Company
  5. For international orders, customer rights are protected under applicable local consumer protection laws.
  6. When returning, include product tags, packing slips, and all accessories; items must be unused and securely packaged.

Article 10 (Receipts)

  • Paper receipts are generally not issued.
  • Credit card statements may serve as a receipt.
  • Electronic receipts are available upon request through customer support.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by shipping delays, natural disasters, traffic conditions, or system failures.
  2. Product information and quality are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed.

Article 12 (International Orders)

  1. These Terms apply to international orders.
  2. Local currency displays are for reference only; payments are processed in Japanese Yen.
  3. Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Orders are considered to have agreed to these Terms in the Japanese language.

Article 13 (Personal Information and Consumer Rights)

  2. U.S. consumers: Rights under applicable state laws (e.g., California CCPA, Virginia, Colorado) including disclosure, deletion, and advertising opt-out are respected.
  3. Korean consumers: Rights under the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce are guaranteed.
  4. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the website.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
  3. However, if the user is a consumer and mandatory laws of the user’s country of residence provide otherwise, such laws shall prevail.
