Shipping Costs
- Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥770 (tax included) nationwide.
- International orders will be shipped via express delivery such as DHL or FedEx (the carrier will be selected by our store).
- Shipping is a flat rate of ¥3,980 worldwide (subject to change depending on circumstances).
- Depending on the destination country or region, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the standard shipping fee.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for large items or deliveries to remote areas.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Domestic shipping: Orders are shipped via one of the following carriers:
- Sagawa Express
- Yamato Transport
- Fukuyama Transporting
International shipping: Orders are shipped via one of the following carriers:
- FedEx
- DHL
- UPS
Customers cannot choose a specific carrier. Depending on the destination and circumstances, other carriers may be used.
Delivery and Instructions
- We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
- Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
- Please check your items upon arrival to confirm they match your order and are not damaged.
- If a shipment is returned due to prolonged absence or incorrect address, re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Shipping is not processed on:
- Weekends and public holidays
- Obon holiday period
- Year-end and New Year holidays
- Other company-designated holidays
Payment Methods
- We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
- Only one-time payments are accepted.
- Payment is processed at the time of shipment, so the order date and the date on your credit card statement may differ.
- For installment or deferred payments, please contact your credit card company directly.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective items or incorrect shipments.
- Contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by the company.
- Returns or exchanges may be refused if the item is not determined to be defective.

- Items that are damaged or defective
- Items that differ from the ordered product
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Change of mind (e.g., size or image differences)
- Damage or stains caused by the customer
- Used items
- Items that have been washed, cleaned, or altered
- Missing or damaged tags, packaging, or accessories
- Items received more than 7 days ago
- Returns without prior notice to customer support
- Items purchased outside of this website
- If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
- Items deemed ineligible for return/exchange by the company may be returned to the customer.
Return Instructions
- Include the product, tags, invoice, packaging, and all accessories when returning.
- Clearly state the reason for return and ensure the item is unused.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returns without prior notice to customer support will not be accepted.
Receipts
- Paper receipts are not issued.
- Use your credit card statement as a receipt.
