About Out of Stock

All products on this site are available only while supplies last. We apologize in advance if an item is out of stock. Even after an order is completed, it may be canceled if the item becomes unavailable due to inventory management. In the event of an order for multiple items where some are out of stock, we will ship only the available items after confirming with the customer.

Shipping Fees

・Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥770 (tax included) nationwide.

・International orders will be delivered via express shipping, such as DHL or FedEx (the carrier will be selected by our store).

・The international shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥3,980 worldwide (this is subject to change depending on the situation).

・Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country or region. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that these taxes and fees are not included in the standard shipping cost.

・Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized items or deliveries to remote areas.・

We regret that we cannot accept specific requests for delivery methods or delivery dates. We will notify you via email once the stock for your ordered items is ready. Upon arrival, please open the package immediately and check the contents against the delivery note.

[Shipping Timeframe]
Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order on malugarments.com. Please note that shipping is not processed on weekends, public holidays, or other special holidays (summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.).

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

In principle, we do not accept cancellations after an order is completed, nor exchanges or returns for customer convenience. While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, in the unlikely event that the product you receive is soiled, damaged, or different from your order, please be sure to contact GRISALWORLD.COM customer support within 7 days of arrival.

2. Products that differ from the order details.

◆ Items NOT eligible for exchange, etc. / Cases of customer convenience (e.g., size does not fit, looks different from the image, ordered by mistake, etc.)
1. Products that have been scratched or soiled while in the customer's possession.
2. Products that have been used even once.
3. Products with lost or damaged packaging (case, tags attached to the product, etc.).
4. Cases where more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
5. Products purchased from websites other than this site.
6. Products that are out of stock (in which case a refund will be processed).

We cannot accept returns if any items are missing, including the delivery slip, product tags, or shop bags.
